Contact Bridge helps users review selected Google Contacts and import chosen contact information into their CRM.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Contact Bridge accesses, how that information is used, how it is stored, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
By using Contact Bridge, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you connect Google to Contact Bridge, Contact Bridge may access:
• Basic Google account information, such as your Google account identifier and email address
• Google Contacts information that you authorize Contact Bridge to read
• Contact information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, addresses, websites, birthdays, contact labels, and notes when those fields are available in Google Contacts
Contact Bridge requests read-only access to Google Contacts. Contact Bridge does not use Google Contacts permission to modify or delete contacts in your Google account.
Contact Bridge uses Google user data only to provide the contact-import features you request.
Google Contacts data is used to:
• Display your contacts so you can search, filter, and review them
• Allow you to select which contacts you want to import
• Show you the information that will be transferred before you confirm an import
• Transfer the contact information you select into your CRM
Contact Bridge does not automatically import your entire Google address book.
Nothing is sent to your CRM until you select contacts and confirm the import.
Contact Bridge stores limited information needed to maintain your connection and operate the service, which may include:
• Your Google account identifier and email address
• An encrypted Google authorization token used to maintain authorized access
• Contact mapping information that helps Contact Bridge associate a Google contact with a contact created or updated in your CRM
• Import history and import results
Contact Bridge does not maintain a separate copy of your entire Google address book as its own contact database.
Google contact information is retrieved when you use Contact Bridge, and information from contacts you choose is transferred to your CRM as part of the import you initiate.
Contact Bridge connects to your CRM so that contact information you choose can be imported into it.
When you confirm an import, Contact Bridge sends the selected contact information to your CRM.
Once that information has been transferred, it is stored and processed by your CRM according to the CRM provider’s own terms, privacy policy, and data practices.
Contact Bridge does not control how your CRM stores, uses, retains, or deletes contact information after it has been imported.
Disconnecting Google or deleting Contact Bridge data does not remove contacts or other information that has already been imported into your CRM.
Contact Bridge does not sell Google user data.
Contact Bridge does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.
Google Contacts information is transferred to your CRM only when you choose contacts and confirm an import.
Your CRM then processes that information independently under its own privacy practices.
Contact Bridge may also use service providers that host, secure, or operate the application. Those providers may process information only as necessary to provide those services on behalf of Contact Bridge.
Contact Bridge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Contact Bridge uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
These safeguards include:
• Encryption of stored Google authorization credentials used to maintain access to Google Contacts
• Secure HTTPS connections when information is transmitted between your browser, Contact Bridge, Google, and your CRM
• Restricting access to Google user data to the systems and services necessary to operate Contact Bridge
• Limiting Google access to the read-only Google Contacts permission needed for Contact Bridge's contact-import features
• Keeping Google authorization credentials private and preventing them from being displayed to users or exposed through the Contact Bridge interface
• Providing controls that allow users to disconnect Google and remove Contact Bridge's stored data
Contact Bridge does not request permission to modify or delete Google Contacts.
We review and update our security practices as the service changes and as reasonably necessary to protect user information.
You may disconnect Google Contacts from Contact Bridge at any time through Data & Privacy within Contact Bridge.
Disconnecting Google removes Contact Bridge’s stored Google authorization and revokes access when possible.
Disconnecting Google does not:
• Delete contacts from your Google account
• Delete contacts already imported into your CRM
• Delete your Contact Bridge import history
You may reconnect Google Contacts later.
You may permanently delete data stored by Contact Bridge through Data & Privacy → Delete Contact Bridge Data.
This removes Contact Bridge connection information, session data, import history, contact mappings, and other data associated with the Contact Bridge installation.
Deleting Contact Bridge data does not delete contacts from Google or your CRM, and it does not remove the Contact Bridge integration from your CRM.
Uninstalling the Contact Bridge integration from your CRM is separate from deleting Contact Bridge data.
Contact Bridge retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service, maintain import history, meet security and legal obligations, and support the choices described in this Privacy Policy.
You may use Contact Bridge’s deletion controls to remove the data associated with your account.
You can:
• Choose whether to connect Google Contacts
• Choose which contacts to import
• Decline Google Contacts permission
• Disconnect Google Contacts
• Delete data stored by Contact Bridge
• Uninstall the Contact Bridge integration from your CRM
We may update this Privacy Policy as Contact Bridge changes or as legal, security, or operational requirements change.
If Contact Bridge materially changes how Google user data is accessed or used, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable policy or law.
